Libert Emanuele, who also goes by Lee, went missing shortly after 11:30 a.m. near Alma School and Guadalupe roads in Mesa. Emanuele left his residence in a red 2014 Ford Escape, Florida license plate 569QTL.
His family told police the man has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, had only been in Mesa for three weeks and is unfamiliar with the area. Emanuele likes McDonald's, urging residents to keep an eye out for him at those restaurants.
