MSM article says that Sept. 8th is when the trial starts but the online court record hasn't been updated.

The trials of Christopher Clements, accused of kidnapping and killing two young Tucson girls in 2012 and 2014, have been postponed.

This is at least the fourth time the trials have been rescheduled. This time, it was due to health issues faced by one of Clements’ attorneys.

There was a review hearing in Pima County on Tuesday, July 19, and the judge confirmed the new dates for both trials.

Clements will face a jury in Maribel’s death starting Thursday, Sept. 8. Jury selection could last at two days and the trial is scheduled to run through Friday, Sept. 30.

Clements will face a jury in Isabel’s death starting Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023. Jury selection will last at least two days and that trial could run through Friday, March 3.

strange - I have him already sentenced - here is what my notes say - this the burglary, fraud, etc.

6/8/22 Update: Clements was sentenced on the following counts: 20 years for fraud, 15 years for 2nd degree burglary, 15 years for theft & 15 years for 2nd degree burglary. The sentences for the 2nd degree burglary counts are set to run concurrently with fraud & theft, meaning Clements may serve 35 years, minus time served.
6/10/22 Update: Notice of appeal from Superior Court (Burglary/Theft charge).

Here is the Disposition clip. I wonder if the new dates are related to his appeal? I'll see if I can find anything else about Maribel's murder case.

I tried that format and I keep getting the same error code. I tried with his name also. Maybe their website is down or something.

Just an FYI - I can access Maricopa - so you don't need to look that one up. I did get mixed up - as he had 2 cases with a fraud charge in it. The one he was found guilty on was the buglary/theft/fraud & sentenced to 35 years. And then this other one - I have that for a pretrial on 9/14/22 & trial on 9/29/22.

and really wondering WHY nothing is coming up for you in the Pima County case...

The only thing I thought of is the calendar only goes out 90 days. However, the dates are within 90 days. The 404 error could mean they are updating their website. Sometimes that takes months.
