"On September 13, 2013 the subject's remains were discovered at N. 32° 51.553 W. 112° 27.704 by multiple people riding all-terrain vehicles. Deputies from the Maricopa County sheriff's office were dispatched to the scene and the body was transported to milepost # 133 on Interstate 8."

Hispanic male, 20-37 years of age, 5'10''-6'1'', 115 lbs,brown hair approximately 1 inch long. Clothing found with the decedent: Cachuco jeans size 38, yellow metal hoop style earring, metal necklace, tan belt with a horseshoe design on the buckle, 1 gray Asics sneaker size 10.5.
