Jalisco and Michoacan are Mexican states. The only North American 'Ribera' locales are Ribera, NM, and Ribera, Belen, Costa Rica. The rest are in Europe (mostly Spain).

Missing from: Dallas, TX
Unfortunately the only photo of Gonzalo is from when he was a child (pre-puberty), so it is hard to accurately compare him to an adult UID, but he definitely has the wide-set eyes the UID has.

Don't know about prior to 1995, but back to 1995 there's
record of a farm subsidy recipient whose name is listed
as 'Rcr Farms Dba Clayton & Son', location given as
Stanfield, AZ, which is located about or less than 20km
towards the south of the town of Maricopa, both in
Pinal County.
