You should ALWAYS wash your veggies. Even though that are stated to be "washed 3X" that come in a plastic bag. JMO!

Also, any that you feel you don't need to do to those that have a rind or peel (think avocado or melons). Your knife transfers whatever cooties may be on the outside into the flesh. I saw a video with black light (or something) proving that long ago, and have since tried to find it again, but never could. Boolean Google searches aren't what they used to be, darn it.

Anyway... WASH your produce. JMO!
