Again, sorry I am not posting the description, but on my cellphone formatting is a nightmare.

The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

The only reason, I'm posting is because I think I found the decedent's tattoo artist.
He is a tattoo artist based in Mesa, the same city the decedent was from.

I don't think so. The tattoo artist seems to do a lot of these roses, so I think it is just a pretty go-to motif.

MS-13 gang based in Central America.
Also, apparently part of a role playing video game called Kingdom Hearts II
Mushroom XIII
The other tattoo is hard to make out other than it ends in zie and maybe nzie.

I don't think her rose was done by a professional, but it's hard to tell from that picture. The text tattoo looks like it says Layzie. I think the mushroom might be from a Friday the 13th flash special at a professional tattoo studio.

I see the “ayzie”, can’t make out first letter, could be an L. I also agree on the rose, hers is rather rudimentary in the shadowing.

ETA: I’m looking at the font used for Layzie Bone from Bone Thugs n Harmony. There is some Layzie Gear out there that seems to use a similar font.

ETAA: check out Layzie Bone “how a was born” to see the example what what I’m looking at.

The description in NamUs says she has "long, thick, wavy, dark brown hair." Definitely would not have gotten that from the recon. Wish there was a better one - she may not be as recognizable to people from the drawing, unfortunately.

she looks native american to me. i grew up w a family of NA's with the last name "yazzie" so maybe her name has a similar ending (the tattoo)

Rose tattoos are also a common branding tag used by some sex trafficking rings. We may be looking for a teen who went missing in the last several years (rather than a recent case)
