Regarding whether or not them being missing started the night before LE can run records on electric and water to see if there were spikes in the morning, when most people typically shower. That should give them an ideas as to whether or not things were in typical order for the morning, or if something "funny" started the night before.

Everyone in my house showers at night. We aren't morning people. [emoji42] it's cheaper at night anyway

First post. I was out there several times lending in this search and knew Mike and Tina back in high School, its a little confusing but here are some details not known publicly that is commonly known by searchers on the search site:
The car was reportedly/supposedly actually found in between Julie and Mayer Rd pointing southbound on the west side of Ralston Rd, this would be a few hundred yards away from Mike and Dugan's lots.
The dirt/dust reportedly/supposedly matched the dirt near the end of Desert Valley and Doolittle Roads west of Sage and Miller near the county line.
The notes on the map for a white SUV w/ 3 hispanic mexicans was a lead from someone spoken to over the phone at the landfill on the north side of town suggesting to search near Peters corner around some mountain/hills south of Maricopa.
You guys are correct about Mike, mitre box saw injury hindered piloting.
Facebook has been altered, posts deleted, my posts even deleted, information is all over the board...
The volunteer turn out is amazing! Hundreds upon hundreds of people scouring everywhere...

I have not been able to find any more info or updates on the bank robbery as well though.....

Take her makeup off and pull her hair back... She has the same eyebrows, chin, nose, and brown roots. I'm not saying its her, but how can the le be so positive when there is no follow up? Its just too much of a coincidence imo.

Their house was said to be left unlocked as well as their car.
Wouldn't whoever was in the house hear if someone knocked on the door, rang the doorbell, (stayed late until
the wee hours of the morning, from the previous night perhaps?)
Just throwing out ideas...
Also, who were they supposed to meet in Chandler for a business meeting?
What was the meeting about?
Did someone want to Stop them from going to this meeting?
Was Tina supposed to go to the meeting, then back to work?
More questions it seems!

Mike was building his dream big garage/home next to the trailer, it got torched along with the trailer they were living in, hence they stayed next door at Dugans. After losing everything no insurance etc. I would think they would be in quite a bind 6 months later still recovering, perhaps the arson theory is plausible after all... DD and other locals are very familiar with these alleyways, they would be the highway for someone breaking the law, sneaking about lighting homes, and trailers on fire, with the car found at the alleyway literally feet from it is too suspicious...

My thoughts exactly. On another note: Dillon Dugan in the video you guys have spoken of, well he was very non-communicative during my time with him out searching, he would shyly toke on his vape apparatus, eyes in his lap, not looking out the windows entirely while we were driving, expressing nervous uncomfortable actions, seemed distraught, gripping the door handle arm rest etc.

If you know, has the inside and the outside of that property at 50740 Mayer been searched from top to bottom by professionals ? I don't mean the FAMILY claiming it has been searched, I mean unbiased people with luminol spray bottles and scent tracking dogs.

I'm starting to get an uneasy feeling that "someone" may have asked for a ride that morning, really early, maybe a ride to the convenience store for example.

What better place to disarm someone than while sitting behind them ?

If you know, does the family have guns and firearms available ?

I know just about everybody I know in Arizona has one......or more than one.

I remember early on in this thing, Mike's son Luke said the last time he spoke to his parents was Sunday evening at bedtime. I also believe I remember he said he was there with his cousin.

Which cousin would that be ?

It has been stated the exterior of the car was dusty. What was the state of the interior? That in itself could be telling..



ETA: Is it known, was there any sort of event, saw something, heard something while they were in Mexico, beyond the norm, that could lead someone to come find them here? They sure do seem to be in Mexico alot!

Here are the police reports for Maricopa: http://www.inmaricopa.com/Police-Reports . In the article about the arson, they mention that several houses were damaged from Sept 3 to Sept 24. However, I looked through all of the reports through December. After the initial arson attacks from Sept 3 through 24, there seems to consistently be at least 1~2 fires within a two-mile radius on the area each week. I'm assuming that it not typical for most area. Particularly interesting is March 13th, 2015. 3 fires, all on the same street(slightly outside two miles of the house), and all within ~3 hours of each other. Could just be a large fire, though.

I'm not sure if this guy is related, but it is very strange.

Tina received a couple thousand in inheritance, PLUS how many people were living in that home??
The reporter on the video mentioned that too many people lived in the home and too many people coming and going.
