Hey Cat! Good to see you too! I'm about caught up and the lovely KristiA has been bringing me up to speed. Now, gotta get that cereal box down and find that ring... ;)

Ha! Thanks, Courtneyb! I was going to lurk a little longer and wait for more info to be released before I posted. I will say that I have a ton of purses, but only one wallet. If her purse containing her wallet was left at home, that is strange to me. I can think of a few different scenarios that could explain it being left behind. Could have been intentional, could have been unintentional. I am going back into lurkdom and wait for more to be released. Hoping for the best for this couple. It appears they had just started a new life together.

Regarding sharing the one vehicle... I'd really like to know the husband's employment status. I knows many families do it, but it seems to me that it is usually indicative of financial shortcomings or problems.

My husband has been looking on pilot forums at my request to see if a missing United pilot has been mentioned. Nothing so far that he has seen.
Also, we have one car, not due to anything financial, it just works for us. We live in Charlotte, but my husband works out of Boston, so I drop him off so he doesnt have to to pay to park the four days a week he is gone. If I worked ft, this would be almost impossible for us, but with seniority, a pilot can bid on what days, and how many hours they fly a month, or at least that's how it works with dh's airline. So, it's possible they didn't need another vehicle.

That's true.. I guess just being from a rural area growing up, I couldn't imagine being stuck at home in the country, without a car if my husband was using it. Now that I live in the city, I agree it could be easily done for a lot of people. Not for us, though. Husband is a musician and plays 6 nights a week. So I have to have a car to haul my kids to gymnastics and football and softball and for when I just really NEED some Marble Slab ice cream. Because sometimes I do. ;)

I may have missed it amongst all the posts but how sure are we that Michael is actually a pilot? I've searched pilot forums too and can find no reference to him, however a google search brought up an NTSB report which lists someone with his name as "Mike Careccia Independent Association of Continental Pilots Houston, Texas". IACP is a union, yes some of them will be pilots but not all of them - it just makes me wonder if he was/is a pilot or just works in the field of aviation. JMO.

I found this:

I did notice it expired in 2/2014.

Is Dugan Tina's maiden name? I think her FB link says Tina Perry, maybe that's a previous marriage?

Since Mike and his ex are going through a foreclosure, I wouldn't expect the property to be in his name or even jointly owned.
Perry is her first marriage. That's the last name of her children.

The property in foreclosure was owned by both Mike and his ex. This is the same property that Mike and Tina live in. The Mayer Blvd house. There are not two separate properties. Just wanted to clear that up.

In the parcel details the actual property location is at 50810 W. Mayer Blvd. which looks to be next to the aviary place, or somewhat behind 50740 W. Mayer Blvd. and MC is the owner... all in all the same place

I'm just going to leave the map the way it is unless someone can verify that isn't the correct house. The commenter that made post #201 just popped in here and made one loud statement and then took off. I'm not sure what the motive may be.

Here is the map again, for anybody that may have missed it. You can click on the box in the lower left corner to get a zoomable aerial view.

Yes, the medical designation. Sorry I didn't make that clear.

KristiA,

I understood what you were referring to, but what is the significance of the medclass portion of the pilot's license? I know that you've most likely already looked that up. ;)

LinkedIn says a "Mike Carrecia" is a "retired pilot" from Continental. I also noticed in the wedding photo of him kissing Tina that he has a giant length-wise scar down his wrist and arm. Maybe he was forced to retire for an injury.
