And both cases have a Puerto Penasco connection.

Just coincidence.
Wasn't aware of the Puerto Penasco connection in Sidney's case, interesting.

Sorry, my post should have read Kingman. I realize the cases are 99.99% not connected, but so little to go on with this case and Sidney's, well, just threw it out there.

If someone was headed to Las Vegas from here Kingman would be 4 hours away. I don't think they are related, but anything is possible.

The Pinal County Sheriff's Office was contacted and a search began. Monday night, Careccia's son Luke, from his first marriage, found the couple's car less than a mile from the home, parked along a wall that enclosed a storage yard. According to detectives, the car did not show obvious signs of foul play.

The vehicle found facing south detail hasn't been confirmed but it is also noted on the map, for another reference.

I agree. Whatever happened, happened at the home.

IMO

Another reason I'm thinking it happened at home... is that the car is just a mile away.... whoever did this, dumped the bodies (just speculating) and parked the car close enough to get back home. This must have been done in the early, early morning. IDK JMO

Has someone started map for this case?

When did everybody else wake up that day that lives in the same house?
Was it assumed by the son that they left at 5, or did the son see them leave? Did anyone see them leave?
When was the Earliest that they found out that the car was not in its usual parking place, so that they thought Tina and Mike already left?
IMOO.

I just looked out my window here at work and there are 7 white SUVs in the lot.. 8 other white cars, 2 silver cars and a blue car.

Is there any real timeline that anyone can go on, other than the 911 call, made after 7pm, and the car found around 10pm?

There have been some questions about where the car was found, it is buried back in the first pages.

From these descriptions you can go onto google maps/street view and see the exact location, it's next to a lane that runs behind their street. The car being in this specific location makes no sense unless someone wanted to quickly walk home without being seen.

I agree. Inside job. Everybody is on my radar. A full house can easily become a cranky house where vendettas are born. Jmo.

If you drive google street view south from Julie to West Mayer along N. Ralston, you only find one wall around a storage yard, and it's a bit south of the marking on the map, right adjacent to the lane running parallel to West Mayer. At least, in 2011 it was the only wall, perhaps another has been built since.

Hopefully the couple just felt used and decided to go and live life for a little bit without broadcasting it to the household.

Btw. What is the sq ft of their home and how many occupance and whose the primary owners or renters. Tia

Since we're all baffled, I'll just throw this out there...
Because of his debilitating hand injury, I wonder if he developed an addiction to prescription narcotics, and maybe had a significant debt. I would think that she would have used her inheritance to buy them out of any danger, but maybe she didn't know??? Anything is possible at this point.

Hey Dex! :)

There was a fire that occurred in the fall that wiped out Tina and Mike's trailer and the house they were building.
Here is the property records:

I am still unsure if there was another trailer since then, or if they stayed at this address owned by Mike's sister and brother-in-law that has the same mailing address:

http://pinalcountyaz.gov/Assessor/Pages/ParcelSearch.aspx

ETA:
For some reason that came up blank so you will have to type in their names.
OK, I fixed it:

I've also heard conflicting statements that they missed not 1, but 2 meetings in Chandler that day. Were those work meetings?? Why isn't it clear what kind of meetings those were?? I'm just not hearing what should the obvious, which is she never showed up for work. Maybe I've missed it in this 40+ page thread. Was it the norm for her to make her own hours? Was she never late? Always late? Wouldn't show on random days??
