I came across this case on NamUs one day and it’s been bothering me ever since. I’ve personally never seen another case where only soft tissue was found. It’s really horrible to think about but I have so many questions.

It says “suspected” so I guess there is a possibility that it’s not human..? It’s a bit confusing that they state “tissue only” but also “partial remains with soft tissues” - if there were “partial remains” wouldn’t you be able to tell if it were human or not? (Depending on their definition of “partial remains”)

Overall, I’m not sure what to think or where to start looking for more information. It’s a lot less to go off of than other UP.
