NARRATIVE:
Black male, 50-70 years old, 5’3” to 5’11” tall, brown hair. The subject had a tattoo of “Simmons” and “III” (Roman Numeral) on his upper right arm. The picture above is an artist’s interpretation of how the subject may have looked like in life.

On October 30, 2019 this male was found deceased at South Mountain Park in Phoenix, Arizona.

I assume "wireless camera doorbell" meant it was the camera, not the doorbell. Not sure why you'd have either that or a label maker on the trail. I'm guessing the USB thumb drive was checked for any information.

This is nearly as odd as the UID found with an old computer cable and a rubber chicken (CO - CO - Fort Lupton, WhtMale 45-65, UP58690, skeletal, "CO Div of Water Resources" hat, hiking boots, clothes, wallet, rubber chicken, Toyota key, Dec'18)
