The pictures of this child on social media and the obituary are so heavily filtered, does not even look like the unidentified picture. I think there was a lot of trauma. Someone should be held accountable.

The family seems very non emotional about it all. On one post by the sister she used the word escaped the house instead of runaway.... something is way off and the goal for is 20k. Way too much money for funeral expenses

I was just thinking about the location it is very close to the reservation maybe she was located on the reservation? I looked at the silent witness posting and it did not seem to me that they mentioned which agency was working the case, that could be why there is such limited information? Gila River Indian Community.

She looks very much like her 16 year old sister. In some way I sorta thought it could maybe be the same sister. I believe mom is in Mexico and the girls dad is in the US. This is today's society. Life doesn't mean anything to these young kids. Whether taking someone's or losing someone. They sorta seem like she was a burden??? I hope the investigators look very closely to this case. She wasn't even reported missing other than one post her sister posted 5 days after she "escaped". Not even to the authorities!

I search each morning for info, hoping to see something, I did reread the obituary, they are planning burial, may also need money to get Mom here for the funeral.

I am leaning towards this bein gang related and that no one will say anything and we will never know. Just the little bit I have gathered from socials. Just my opinion. Terrible since a 14 year old child was thrown along the road dead.

I only saw the reel I think that was what they were referring too, but looking closely it looked like HR was bruised

Sad. She was a child. I understand that some cultures have girls mature early but she was 13 and 14, not 17 or 18 (even then the content would be borderline). I wonder who she hung out with..did she have a bf who demanded it? Classmates? Influencers on social media? Or some sort of modern chola/gangster lass lifestyle?

JMO but that’s an incredibly unusual choice of obituary photo for a child. My daughter is just a couple years younger than her and that just feels very off. Especially given the circumstances around her death.

I am so very sad that this young lady is not getting more attention, it seems like everyone just went on with life. You cannot tell a community a 14 year old child was found dead on the side of the road, tossed aside , state it is a homicide and then just go on.... this one will haunt me.

over a month since this child was found, still nothing information wise. Medical Examiner office still has manner and cause of death as pending. Maybe they won't do anything until they have that completed. I just don't know you put on the news a homicide victim on side of road, then find out she is only 14...... Someone needs to be held accountable if it is indeed a homicide.
