A couple suggestions for this young man (of note- size 32 waist is very small, and european size 41 shoe = mens 8.5. I would not expect this person to be very tall or any heaver than ~150lbs).
Adrian Ramirez - DLC Sept 2022, 16, from Phoenix (adjacent to the mountain in question), 5'3", 130lbs. No clothing description.

[Bit of hope]

My fear is that this is another border crosser who was left behind/was alone and didn't have enough water and energy left and died. A lot of them end up on the reservation. If this is the case my hope of finding his name is sadly not so high. However much I tried I've never been able to find an unidentified border crosser due to all kinds of complications and lack of needed stats on the MP side. Not saying I'm not going to try, but there is so little info. The good thing is they took the effort and time to enter him in Namus, what gives family that is searching at least a chance. When it comes to that Arizona does a great job.
