A Kentucky man known as “Cowboy Cody” let loose a terrified raccoon in a bar out of revenge for being turned away from the establishment Friday night, according to police and a bartender who witnessed the incident.

“Hafner was able to lure the critter onto a chair where she casually wraps him in a towel and heads for the exit.

“I’m no city slicker,” Hafner said. “I’m a Kentucky girl. I had no problem catching him.” “

Oh my! That’s awesome. It was probably very entertaining to watch too! 😂

this isn't funny at all - he's an animal abuser who previously beat a mule with a whip and now trapped and relocated this poor raccoon, possibly taking a mother or father away from babies, who may now starve to death, not to mention the sheer terror of being chased around by humans inside a building ... and relocated wild animals generally don't do well, as they don't know about predators and food sources in the new locale - relocation is quite often a death sentence

Sorry, I didn’t mean to offend. No, it’s not funny. I was commenting on her calling the screamers off to calmly handle the situation and get the raccoon to safety. I am happy she was there and the raccoon is now safe.
