for the first time, the Pima County Sheriff's Department is utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to generate a photo of a man they need help identifying.

This UID is not in Namus but according to the media linked above he was located, partially decomposed, on the evening of 28 December 2024 at the San Joaquin Trailhead. Police in the embedded video say there are suspicious circumstances though it's not been declared a murder.

Pima County Sheriff's Department has identified the man whose remains were discovered in late 2024 as 55-year-old Ronald Woolf.
