Race / Ethnicity: White/Caucasian

Estimated PMI: Months
Height: 5' 6", Measured
Weight: Cannot Estimate [media reports say 120-140 lbs]

Circumstances of Recovery
Decedent found found buried in a shallow grave - all parts recovered - shallow grave in desert [NOT EXACTLY; see below]
Accessories: yellow-colored metal necklace with square pendant. Pendant is postage stamp-size and has the following inscription: TP NJ 1993 [NOT CORRECT; see below]
Clothing: white ribbed tank top; white and black "Calvin Klein" brand underpants, size large
According to media reports, the burial was "one of the most elaborate" local police had ever seen: The body was found encased in concrete from the shoulders down in a wash near La Cholla Air Park, an upscale neighborhood surrounding a private airport north of Tucson. It was about 300 yards southeast of North King Air Drive and West Moore Road, near North La Cholla Blvd and West Tangerine Road.
Early reports suggested the body might have been there from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks, but later reports fairly consistently estimated 2-3 weeks. (Not sure why NAMUS estimates 1998-1999.) It was found by a jogger.
The body was found with a pendant that might be important. Some media reports say it had the letters T P on the top line and N D 1993 on the next line, leading to speculation of a marriage or similar date. However, one article included a clear picture and discussion that the second line actually says Nd 1993, possibly an abbreviation for Navidad (Christmas). Note: prior to cleaning the pendant, police thought the lower letters were N J (as NAMUS states), but they later corrected it.
