Two little boys missing -- thought this would have made the headlines.... Perhaps it did when they first went missing.

I just watched a tiktok ( on FB) that gives a pretty good understanding as to what is going on IMO. Praying these boys are found soon and safe.

Hello all and thank you for all the prayers, love, and support. I am Ransom and Jepsen Ruffcorn's father, Ryan Ruffcorn. Here's the story: Their mother, Jessica Ruffcorn, and I were involved in a legal custody battle that started on 6/18/23. We have been at odds ever since but then she exposed Ransom to fetanyl on 10/22/24 and attempted to frame me. DCS and Chandler PD were discovering the truth by requesting drug tests from my household and Jessica's household (she lived with her parents). Everyone on each side complied and everything came back negative, however, Jessica's mom, Dawn Rawlings, refused to give a hair follicle drug test. As suspicious as that was, DCS set in a Present Danger Plan (PDP), attempted to remove the children from Jessica's care on 11/15/24 and continue drug testing Jessica and her parents. Instead of giving up the children, Jessica decided to run away with the children and her mom to an undisclosed location. Jessica's dad, Tim Rawlings, has been in touch with them, supplied them with money, found a place for them to permanently live without leaving a paper trail (handshake deals and equally suspicious friends/family), sold the property they were all living on for $450,000, and landed himself in the Tuscon, AZ United States Penitentiary with a release date of 6/23/26. Tim Rawlings received a year of federal prison for poaching and hunting illegally in Colorado. The detective in charge of the case for my missing children has already interviewed Tim but instead of being helpful, Tim immediately lawyered up and said he hasn't seen Jessica, Dawn, Ransom, and Jepsen since November, 2024. So there's the story, if anyone has any questions, feel free to comment. If you have any advice on how to find the children, I would love any assistance. Jessica now has an extraditable criminal warrant and I already have sole custody of the children, all that's left is to find the children. As for an amber alert, the detective won't issue one since they were never able to acquire actual evidence that they exposed Ransom to the fentanyl so the children aren't in "immediate danger or harm". Technicalities have ruined the search for my children, the legal system has failed me, and I'm afraid I will never see my boys ever again. So again, thank you everyone for the prayers, love, and support, we definitely need it. Thank you.

Hi Ryan, this is so awful and I’m sorry you’re in this situation. Will the police not investigate knowing the mom is in violation of a custody agreement? Do you think they left the state, or furthermore the country?

Continued prayers for your boys to be found safe and soon so you can all begin the long journey of healing, Ryan.

Have you hired a private investigator?
