Found Safe AZ - Raymond Vaughn, 89, Chandler, Maricopa County, 15 May 2019

A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday for a Chandler man who was last seen leaving his home early that morning.

Raymond Vaughn, 89, left his home near Ray and Alma School roads around 3 a.m.

Vaughn is described as a 5-foot-10, 180-pound man with hazel eyes and gray hair.

He has dementia and Alzheimer’s and also takes medication for diabetes.

Vaughn is believed to be driving a tan 2001 Pontiac Grand Am with an Arizona license plate, WC-HLV57.

He missed several appointments on Wednesday and left his cellphone at home.

Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is encouraged to call 911.
