I’m having a hard time visualizing the find itself. As I read it, the body was found under debris dumped by construction workers earlier.

I’m trying to imagine how the remains became visible enough for someone to spot after the fill was dumped, but not before?

Not trying to be pretentious about the veracity of any of the witness claims, it just doesn’t make sense to me.

I can’t visualize either. I was thinking maybe he was unearthed and transported with the dirt from the original site. Maybe? Like he was buried someplace else and workers needed to moved dirt from that place to Thunderbird park and he went unnoticed during transport.

But how someone spotted it when they did, I don’t know.

If its construction waste, labourers (groundworkers) are usually tasked to go through it to take out anything that can be used as hard-core for roads. So I can see how they could have been found under what most people would see as construction waste.
