Distinctive Physical Features;
Both sides upper first molars had fillings. The filling on the left was a dark grey and the fillings on the right were tooth colored. Decedent also had an abscess that exposed the roots of the left front teeth and canine.

I know . And he or she ended up alone in a desert. So I wanted to put their case here, even though it will be difficult to solve.
There is definitely a family out there either wondering about or mourning this teenager...
