That is a very distinctive jawline. The only person I could find that is close to that, while being in the same era and specs is Rex Kelly Spakes. And even then, that is assuming the UID artist widened the jaw for extra emphasis.

One would think there would’ve been a car left near the Chapel belonging to this person. However, the Sedona Trolley and other tour buses make several trips daily to the Chapel. When we rode, they were pretty informal about checking to see if everyone boarded before leaving. I wonder about any abandoned vehicles left in downtown Sedona during this timeframe.
