Gilbert, AZ is just SE of and part of the greater Phoenix area. Spokeo shows aliases, and some relatives with odd first names?

ETA: Not sure, but it looks like he used to live in Gilbert and moved to Laveen, which is just SW of Phoenix. I checked one if the odd first names associated 'Gb' and it is Yoruba language, typically Nigerian.

And she’s essentially 3 years old, so even if she did have awareness she wouldn’t have any idea of what/why. Which I suppose could be a blessing in disguise.

Interesting, if he is not a citizen, after his prison term, back he goes. And if he is a citizen, this crime may be heinous enough to rescind the privilege.

And yet everyone stills refers to her as being in a vegetative state. Ugh, taking away any sense of personhood.
