Chelsey and her mother, Tammy Meier, disappeared on 02/04/98 in a 1989 burgundy Ford Aerostar van. The van was located on 02/11/98 in the Albertson's grocery store parking lot at 51st Ave., and Cactus with all identifying features removed. On 10/15/98, Chelsey and Tammy's remains were located by hunters in the desert near New River, north of Phoenix. Chelsey and Tammy's deaths are determined to be cause by "homicidal violence" and remains unsolved.

I was browsing and came across this story .does anyone remember it.
I wonder if there was ever any suspects found.there are so many of these murders not solved ,:banghead:

Tammy Meier was a mother of 4 children. She, and her daughter Chelsey, were abducted, and murdered, 18 years ago. I found this link: http://tucsoncitizen.com/morgue2/19...-can-confound-hard-working-medical-examiners/ but cannot find anything else about this case. I hope her remaining children have been able to live without the pain caused from losing their loved ones so long ago.
