Cottonwood Police: Tattoo on penis leads to arrest in nude photo case

Cottonwood Police officials say they identified the suspect in an incident where nude photos were sent to a 16-year-old girl, because of a tattoo on the suspect's genitals.

The victim, according to police, met Hillyard through an outreach program, where he was a mentor.

He was arrested at his PO's office? He was on probation out of Montana and Wyoming for burglary, fraud and sale of dangerous drugs.

Why was he a mentor at an outreach program with young girls?

Checked and can't find a sentence for him. This world has too many creeps just doing whatever they want.
