*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 8:30am ADT) - AZ - Boy, 21 mos. was taken to CVS pharmacy, but not moving or breathing when brought to a CVS Pharmacy (at 75th Ave & Bethany Home Rd) on Feb. 8, 2024 in Glendale. *Maria Isabel Machado-Perez (19/now 20) “mom” arrested (2/9/24), indicted (2/20/24), charged & arraigned (2/28/24) 1st degree murder during crime & 2nd degree child about with intent. Bond $500K Cash only. Plead not guilty. Maricopa County
Trial was set to begin on 5/19/25 continued on 5/27/25.
