Did flooding already started 3 day's (PMI) before this UID was found? (July 23, 2021). Can't seem to pin point it. He must have been caught in his sleep? No clothing mentioned.... Other explanations?

Thank you. I was actually more wondering about the PMI and the day the flooding started. I can't find publications/weather reports about it starting on July 20th, the day this man supposedly died. Thinking out loud; was this a flooding victim or was there something more sinister going on?

Does someone has thoughts about the tattoo....somehow it's strangely designed/placed...the very big letters and the small one just above them. Are they meant to belong together somehow?

If you zoom in on the tattoo, the first digit appears to be the pi symbol and the last digit appears to be the Greek letter phi. Possibly a fraternity tattoo.

This park had a fishing pond if I remember correctly , it’s not really near the interstate either if he was located near it . The main road it’s on goes from south west side to north side ..The park is known for unsavory activity too because of it’s location

So Greek lettering and no Old English? Tattoodo

Not to rule out Old English at all, just viewing different angles and wanted to note as a possibility.
