It looks like a bicep to me, based on how it bulges. But he was pretty thin, so I can see how they may look similar.

I agree…the angle it’s coming off the gurney makes it look like it is his left bicep.

Flashlights are common things people bring along to parties/raves, which could also explain why he has one with him.

It would also make sense to have a flashlight if he was living/spending time in a desert wash in the summertime. There isn’t a lot of extra lighting in Tucson due to observatories, and rattlesnakes, scorpions, etc would be active in that sort of setting on a summer night.

I may be misremembering but I think his bracelets were sold at warped tour 2012?? I'll have to double check but I believe both bring me the horizon and blood at the dancefloor were on that years tour.
