27th avenue is also known as "the blade" it is a very high crime area and Indian school is very bad, the area she was missing from is in this area closer to the freeway. There are youtube videos on 27th avenue that I have watched. It is very sad as this was a nice place and like a lot of places it has changed.... a lot. I do believe that these camps or communities have "leaders" and laws of their own and this Soldier could be (my opinion) an enforcer . It is a totally different world that I don't think most of us could understand. I think he had help moving the body, there are people that know things but they will never tell because MY OPINION they are afraid, they saw what happened . I don't think it is that "bad" in the daylight , I mean it is BAD but I drive through and have stopped for gas, but nighttime is a whole different world. She was probably killed in an alley or behind a business I would bet if it is violent as they are saying DNA was everywhere but these rains were harsh and all is gone.

the timeframe is not solid enough for me, do these folks know the day they saw what they saw? I personally think she is still in that neighborhood somewhere, in a trench or field or alley and will be found.

Yeah there was!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing on the news. Those YT storm chaser people were even out looking at what was going on out in Phx and where I am at. Lots of flash flooding.

im her sister yes we know where it took place it was an apartment she was staying at since then it has been closed. They had a month to get rid of whatever evidence they had because that’s how long it took them to actually take her case to a homicide detective. All we ask people to do is to not assume anything we know my sister is gone we know who was present that day and how they did nothing to stop him but had the nerve to sit in our face and tell us how they didn’t get help for her and let him do to it. If you actually go to the area everyone is scared to talk but everyone knows who he is.

Authorities believe the suspect removed Mondragon’s body to a different location at some point.

Detectives are still on the look for a person of interest who is a Hispanic male that goes by the name “Soldier”. Silent Witness is offering up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
