Victoria Delgado, 37, was last seen on Sept. 8 at a residence in the 2400 block of North Haskell Drive near East Grant Road and North Alvernon Way.

Seems like a long time before she was reported missing, sadly....
So many cases depend on surveillance videos - long delays not good.
Little is mentioned in MSM about this case about all the usual questions we have...
I see mentioned she did have a cellphone that's not been used (do they have her phone or just her phone records), also no banking/credit activity.... but no mention of where last activity took place..

TUCSON -A woman who's been missing since last year turns out to be the victim of a homicide. Tucson Police first reported 37-year-old Victoria Delgado missing in September of 2012.
