I also found this article about a man found near a river in Wickenburg on Aug. 30, 1964, but I'm not sure he and this UID are one and the same because the article says he was only wearing underwear.

If they are the same man, why the discrepancies on the date of discovery and clothing description? If they aren't the same man, could the cases be related?
