Was in court today prosecution gave their view and evidence about what had happened...there are reporting restrictions in place as young kids are involved so will wait till that is resolved (we were told by tomorrow morning)...so am surprised that the BBC have reported it....much of the evidence was from mobile phone timings, from evidence taken from witnesses that saw victims/defendent before the event, from what the police found...it was quite gruesome...I won't go again now until the summing up...main body of the trial will be evidence from doctors/psychiatrists as to whether defendant was mad or not. Prosecution say he was fine...defence say nah. Trial is taking place in Brighton Madgies which is doubling up as a crown court, so defendant is underneath the public gallery.
