I guess this man was living in a trailer in the outskirts of town. I did check a people searching site and found an 80 year old Leroy Mcguire born on June 1943. He has had addresses in CA, NV, ND and the one in Williams. I wonder if Leroy is not his real name which is why LE has not been able to identify him.
