88-year-old Willis Perrin Moore may be driving a blue 2008 Dodge pickup with Arizona license BVH2351. Moore, who suffers from dementia, was thought to be headed to Apache Junction to see his daughter.

Moore is described as 5-foot-6, 140 pounds with white hair (balding) and hazel eyes.

He was last seen leaving his residence near Jamestown Circle in Kearny at about 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

According to information from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, 88-year-old Willis Perrin Moore was safely recovered “as a result of the Silver Alert and Flyer.”
