This is the adorable moment a baby orangutan gave her mother a loving peck on the cheek.

Baby Indah is just eight months old, but she clearly has a beautiful bond with her mother Samboja.

When her mother pointed to her lips, appearing to beckon for a kiss, her little daughter was clearly more than happy to oblige.

Amateur photographer Remco Walravens captured the sweet gesture of affection between the pair, who live at the Apenheul Primate Park in the Netherlands.

One of the comments after the article made me chuckle...it said that author Sir Terry Pratchett described orangutans as having the expression of a startled coconut. :)
