JB's comments about KC creep me out more than the ones GA made in those "staged letters".

Seriously...I feel like I need to borrow his pocket square and wipe myself off.

Blech

Oh I know!! IIRC, he was all up on her at the jail and got warned about it.

JB on in session

Wesh stating an inmate wrote to judge - jb thinks he is mentally disturbed (curtis jackson inmate from michigan) asking jb to be removed from defense team. jb saying media didn't check their facts before reporting.

curtis j has written about this case - he has never had any connection to this case, we have had this problem - a couple reporters pick this up and run with it. i have never had a story come up with in session without having someone from your station checking with me.

clarify: you are not stepping down from this case and kc has not asked you to do so
jb: not a shred of truth in this

jb: people on the out side of this case who have no knowledge put pressure on me - a long time ago i made the decision when things get a little rough - just sit down and practice law.

jb: i can tell you this about kc, the words people using to describe her - they don't know her who make these assumptions based upon what other people are saying. kc is intelligent and kind person. it is a shame not only what has been done to her but the system who have prejudged without giving anyone the benefit of the doubt. this is supposed to be the greatest system in the world and it is not living up to it as far as i am concerned.

jb the care and love she had for her daughter, i spent many hours with kc, spent time in kc and caylee's room, i've been as close as you can get to this mother and daughter relationship

Well gee whiz Jose, Were ya in that trunk too?

This is JB's attempt to sway the public - I think his big explanation has to do with the reports by the psychologists that he thinks will explain her "ugly coping."

Guys, just this morning I was wondering what I could do to spread more kindness into the world. And well, kindness really does start in the home, you know? So I stole a 50 from my husband's wallet.

I paid my cell phone bill using the routing numbers from my sick grandfather's nursing home account....

The only word that comes to mind is nauseating. I can respect a lawyer saying I will defend my client to the best of my ability, my client is innocent, or something akin to that...but this mornings choked up, holding back tears interview made me sick to my stomach and want to shower.

Tia, you're a Saint. I hope he appreciated your kindness.

The "system" has prejudged ICA?????? I'd say the "system" has bent over backwards to ensure ICA gets a fair trial.

We'll see how "kind" a jury thinks Casey is. The minute she is found guilty, Baez will walk away from her and never look back.

but im sure he will make a book deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Instead of not looking back i think hes looking forward!

There is something sick about all that isnt there?

remember way back in the beginning we all wanted to know why he had his arm around her all the time?

LOL!!! If you have toddlers, true kindness and loves means never having to say you didn't duct tape their mouths shut so get to it will you:)

I'm thinking Baez may go right into KC "being afraid of Cindy" excuse for the 31 days...and even bring up that alleged famous fight that pretty much everyone in the family denies. Everyone, that is except for Casey. I'm pretty sure that's what Casey was referring to in jail when she told her mother, "Don't worry...I haven't said anything." Baez will probably go into excruciating detail about Cindy choking and threatening her. He will then probably go on and on about how Casey did not feel safe in the house, feared for the safety of her daughter, and had to take Caylee into "hiding" because of the volatile atmosphere of that house. He'll probably throw in George's 🤬🤬🤬🤬 habits, too, just for good measure so that the jury can hear just how horrible that home was and how Casey had no option but to leave the only home she knew. At this point it wouldn't even surprise me if their "defense" picture may include a mercy killing by Casey in order to save her from her abusive grandparents.

I'm trying to work up the interest to comment on Baez's In Sessions blah blah - but - - all I can say is if Baez is getting choked up - it's because he knows he is going to lose - and lose BAD....

I showed kindness to my toddler not ten minutes ago by making him take a nap.

Wait, that was kindness to me.

Even if she was afraid of Cindy (which i think is a crock) why didnt she seek help from all her friends that said she is such a good mother? If she needed help she didnt have to ask Cindy or George but none of them even knew.
Im sure they all asked where the baby was and im sure they all got a diff story.

Remember the one where her and amy were going to get a house cause her parents were getting a divorce and selling the house and she would get some of the money My God there are so many lies that came from this womans lips...

I think her parents were abused by her not the other way around, I do not get the warm and
fuzzies from KC i see a bossy snotty spoiled bratt whose parents gave her everything she ever asked for.

When push came to shove she threw them under the busssss because she only cares about herself!

Im not saying the anthonys are the best of parents or grandparents but i think KC lied about the molestations from George and Lee she needed an out make her life look so bad that everyone would feel sorry for her!

AFter viewing the jailhouse videos, it is clear that she wasn't afraid of any family member. The jury won't fall for that. Once the jury hears about the numbers of hours spent on her cell phone talking and texting, it will also be clear that there was no time left for her to be a mother, good or otherwise.

"kc is intelligent and kind person. it is a shame not only what has been done to her ." Jose Baez..4/5/2011.

Baez got it right when he said she is intelligent. Intelligent enough to plan her daughters demise, intelligent to fabricate all kinds of untrue stories of her daughters disappearence, making up ficticious jobs she supposedly had and making up ficticious people who took her daughter. Constant stife with her mother, theft of grandparents money and friends money, numerous sexual partners, irresponsibility when it comes to parenting using examples of unstable home life for Caylee with KC always flitting from one " friends" place to another with Caylee not providing her with a permanant home. The lies, The partying, the denial.
