How convenient.

So, in the matter of 5 1/2 hours, he went from having an alleged altercation to drowning and washing up on shore?

From the above article:
George said McAlmont’s mother, who is a registered nurse, identified his body and believes his death should be ruled a homicide. "She said his face was severely traumatized. He had bruising and swelling, his teeth were damaged, there was sand in his hair,” she said. “If she says he was beaten, then he was beaten.”

I know nothing about bodies that have drowned, but that sounds like a lot of damage for a drowning.

Colour me sceptical.

How is that possible?

Can't believe it's been a year. Each and every companion of hers on this trip is beyond sketchy.

That referenced young man was found drowned after a night out, and though I only have what was reported by the media his "injuries" sounded consistent with those one would get in the drowning process in water with areas of coral, and a timeframe of tidal movement. The medical exminaer ruled it an accidental downing, I believe. Tragic indeed (and the tox on that one I will be anxious to read if they disclose it), but I don't think his case, personally, is related to Taylors.

Taylor was well liked in the community here in Chicago and they are still missed.

Snipped...
..."Along with those officers and EMS, they were able to retrieve the body from the waters where officers noticed on this body that it had multiple what appeared to be wounds, and it was bound by hands and feet," confirmed the police officer.

He continued to say that the officers are still at the early stage of this investigation and this male appears to be mid 20s or late twenties.

..."My god, it is a lot throwing him in the water but tied up, can't help myself. My heart races just to imagine the terror and anxiety of not being able to breathe or help yourself," wrote a user named Makayla Brown, while another user said, "What kind of insanity is happening in Nassau?"

Murders #81 and #81 are a bit murky, I'm not sure if the counting got a bit skewed. It appears the "mid to late 20's" victim, with bound hands and feet, turned out to be 36 year old Philip Adderley. He has been referred to in the press as both #80 and #81.
#80 reference:
#81 reference:

As for the other murder, either #80 or #81, appears to be a 32 year old male gunshot victim.

Do we know if all victims from 2024 have been identified?

I found this horrifying stat:

I also found there had been 18 murders for 2025 by Jan 27th!!!

Remind me to never set foot on Nassau. Ever.
