At the trial, Milne's defense attorney claimed Barbara Harrison attacked the older Milne with a knife, and that he was defending himself, a story Harrison's family never believed.

"You don't rape somebody in self-defense," Frank Harrison said. "He has never acknowledged what he did,"Harrison said of Milne.

An addition to the list of "New Lows for Defense Attorneys," I'd say.
