Piedmont, yes MH did an original affidavit with the others who submitted ones for BC in July. This 2nd one was called a 'rebuttal affidavit' and was signed and filed on 9/29.

As regards BC's guilt or innocence, it seems extremely likely that he did it. When I start to contemplate other scenarios, they seem "possible," but unlikely.

It would be very interesting to know any phone calls he may have made or received on Friday nite.

I also thot someone made a good point about how her cell phone was a huge part of her life-can't imagine her going anywhere without it.

Yes, the more I try to imagine someone else doing this, I feel like I'm really over-thinking and going way out on a limb. Any thots?
