Is it normal once someone retains a lawyer to stay out of the spotlight and let the lawyer do the speaking for them...such as when K&B spoke out on behalf of BC and BC wasn't present?

Also, since the NC case has caught international attention, BC and his lawyers would have a great opportunity to appear on about any show asking for information. Are advantages or disadvantages heavier in weight in doing this? Or is it because the LE is still working the case?

It is hard to say what normal is Momto3kids. Jenna Neilson's husband has not been shy and has worked very hard to resolve her murder. Jason Young has totally refused to speak to LE from day 1 after Michelle was found murdered. We all know what Scott Peterson did and what Drew Peterson is doing as examples.

I don''t think one can read much into it and say okay this guy is hiding so he is .... and this guy is on every show possible so he is....
