Weiners & beans...best Lunch on the block!!! My kids loved it & all their freinds. They are all gorgeous & healthy adults. What is life without a good f..t or two????
You wouldn't believe how bad their beans taste.Tom'sGirl said:Not very pretty is it?
Good grief, everything looks like it was almost burned either on the bottom, or the top (muffin).
Oh, and the Ginger perserves with the beans didn't do much for me either!

Aw come on Casshew~you dont like beans?
Brits have it for all meals, breakast lunch or dinner. Paul loves it for dinner. :bang:nanandjim said:P.S. Cass - That British breakfast looks gross. I would never eat beans in the morning, and I hate my eggs sunny side up!!
Try a pinch of ginger and see if that helps make the beans more digestible. You can't taste the ginger, and I do think that it helps.Casshew said:Brits have it for all meals, breakast lunch or dinner. Paul loves it for dinner. :bang:

All I can say is...yum, yum, yummy!!! I love mexican food, its my favorite. Gotta have that margarita too!IdahoMom said:
Some people use beans in their huevos rancheros, some don't...some use black, some refried. Some use poached or fried eggs, we make an omelet, and put it atop the refried beans-on top of the corn tortilla. Omelet includes: cheese, salsa, artichoke hearts. Top with more cheese and salsa, sour cream, avocado and squeeze of lime. Yummy!

I think she knows that, hence she said she was not well versed in either.Tom'sGirl said:Cyber,
Just to let you know that Mexican and Spanish foods are not the same.
Sorry, I stand corrected, yes she did, but since we were discussing Huevos Rancheros I thought she may think they were the same type of cooking.Casshew said:I think she knows that, hence she said she was not well versed in either.
Idaho Mom, those eggs look great... make that for me when I come to visit?
I have never had Spanish...unless you consider Cacciatore Spanish....Tom'sGirl said:Cyber,
