Seriously. Those poor kids. I am sure they have been raised by a set of nannies so far anyway. I think the best thing for them would be if they went and lived with Denise richards and their older half sisters. I think they would be with family who understood the situation and would love them and add a sense of stability for them. imo

Stranger things have happened. Bob Geldof raised the half sister of his daughters after his ex died of a drug overdose.

Those bags and his raspy voice are from not sleeping for days, maybe even weeks. There is no doubt in my mind that he is NOT on drugs right now- he doesn't need drugs- he's in the midst of a full blown manic episode, drugs can't even compare.

Did you hear what the Chalster had to say when asked if he was in a bi-polar manic episode?

What the hell is bi-polar episode? I'm on a bi-WINNING episode (what does that even mean - hellooooo!)

Nancy Grace is covering him right now, and Brooke just won a restraining order for current threats of violence against her by Charlie.

I'm afraid he's gonna go absolutely bonkers and off himself and everyone around him. It's not that this would suprise any of us. CPS needs to intervene and get the babies out of there asap.

It's Charlie's day? WTH???? If I was the judge and knew what Charlie's last several days have been like, I would immediately say, "NO MORE DAYS FOR CHARLIE WITH THOSE LITTLE BOYS!!!!"

LA courts are a joke - especially when it comes to celebs (ala Lohan). Next we'll see a judge signing off on full custody awarded to Charleee cuz he's WINNING.

He has completely lost it. I have never really been a fan but this is hard to watch. There are people who genuinely care about his well being and I imagine they are pretty upset right now.

I admit I have been following the antics of CS on this thread. I haven't seen that much of his interviews. I saw a few minutes the other night with PM. As I previously posted about my family member who self destructed a few years ago from alcoholism. It's for that reason I find it simply too difficult to watch Charlie. It's just too darn painful. He is clearly out of his mind, delusional, and he looks like a skeleton. It's like watching the living dead. It reminds me of my own emotional pain of seeing a family member slowly destroy themselves. My heart goes out to his family. I know they are suffering now and they have a long path to acceptance. I would wish for CS to get better but I don't think that's in the cards. I think he's too far gone for that.

Here's a breaking story for y'all, I just announced on my Facebook page that after going to the doctor, I also discovered that I have tiger blood and Adonis DNA in me. Who knew? :rocker::rocker::rocker:

If someone does a huge amount of drugs and alcohol for many years, it can change their brain chemistry. Combined with narcissism, that's a toxic mess. I had not been following this drama. I saw some headlines about Sheen being nutty but just ignored it - so many celebs are like this nowadays. But a friend told me how crazy he's gotten so I read a little.

Wow. I don't really know the story about his son's ex or what the "goddesses" are, and I don't know that I want to know! But it sounds like a disaster. If his kid's mom is a drug user? and he's acting this way, poor kids. What's to become of them? It is very unlikely that the authorities will step in and take custody. They will likely give custody to the least likely loser of the parents, instead of to the state. I feel real sorry for those babies.

And he was married to Denise Richards, right? Big custody battle there I think? So I just read that they are amicable but what about now? She seems sane, from the little I know. No way in heck would I allow my kids to go with such a person. What is his custody arrangement with his kids from Richards? Is he enforcing it? Is she trying to modify it? Anyone know?

I wonder if we'll see a Brittany Spears type thing here with a relation trying to become a conservator of Sheen until he's better under control. Whew. I'm so glad this ain't my life! It's very sad.

I saw that but the reports don't seem to substantiate the headlines. What I gathered from them was that Mueller tried to get the kids after she got her TRO, but that neither the custody agreement or TRO (temporary restraining order) allowed her to have them at the time she first tried to get assistance from LE. The second time, it did.

It kind of sounds like she got a TRO that did not allow for immediate removal or maybe didn't even modify the custody orders at all (that could wait til' further hearing) but that because of how he is acting and the fact that she is now the enemy for having requested a TRO, she is seeking LE's assistance to do the custody exchange. She may have been mistaken about the time for the exchange or the substance of the court orders the first time around but then tried again once it was clarified. I don't know. It can be difficult to get orders changing custody without any notice and believe it or not, his bizarre behavior may not constitute an "emergency" to most judges out here, warranting an ex parte change of custody. More likely, the court would grant an RO against Sheen protecting Mueller and then schedule a real quick court date to allow him to appear. This would be doubly so if she has her own drug issues. I am off to see if I can see any scheduled court dates or read any court orders in the case.

LOS ANGELES — Actor Charlie Sheen told NBC News that police removed his twin boys from his Los Angeles mansion Tuesday night.

Okay, did some investigating (don't know why I'm wasting my time on such a thing!!!!) and it looks like Mueller must have obtained emergency orders allowing her to remove the kids from Sheen's custody. Here's why:

Their divorce decree gives him the 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends of each month from Saturday to Monday, with the kids and from Monday through Thursday after the weekends that are not his (after the 2nd and 4th weekends of each month), so looking at a calendar, from February 28, 2011 (Monday) through March 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., should be his time with the boys. So if they were removed during that time period, his ex got a court order.
