Being sober is boring: Charlie Sheen

  • #61
I really think Charlie Sheen has wet brain and is at this point completely psychotic. My sympathies to his family.

  • #62
Charlie and his escapades are boring, so over it. I had hope he might finally get his act together, but he is one of those who needs to die or be incarcerate for a lengthy time for that to have a shot.

I am laying odds on the dying one.

Agree, tlcox. Losing his show for the rest of the year isn't even close to rock bottom for Charlie.

I'm bored already with him.

'Two and a Half Men' Shut Down After TMZ Story

2/24/2011 5:20 PM PST by TMZ Staff

TMZ has learned "Two and a Half Men" will immediately stop production for the rest of the season ... because of Charlie's escapades in the last few days ... most recently what he said to TMZ.

well, we saw that coming

too bad his co-workers can't sue him for lost wages or personal damages or whatever else they should be entitled to IMO

At one time I thought: hey, leave the man alone, he's just a party-type of guy that likes getting his fun on. Now... I think he is a vile 🤬🤬🤬 with a huge, ugly ego and serious problems. He is so convinced that he is heads above everyone else, and unless he goes broke and people stop respecting him, he will never change.

I feel sorry for his kids... no one deserves that kind of dad. (No way, no how can you convince me that he is a good parent behind the scenes... not with how he acts and carries on in the public eye.)

What is sad is that stopping the t.v. show will not force Charlie Sheen to hit rock bottom. He is clearly still using and drinking. I have no idea what rock bottom will be for him, but as tlcox said above, his family and friends should be worrying about his physical health, and his safety given his mental health. He could end up dead because of his intoxicated rages. I feel very sorry for his entire family. Immediate long term rehab is necessary here, but of course, he can't be bothered, and green warrants don't last long enough. So sad.

He seems to be hell bent on destruction. I don't think this is going to end well at all.

  • #68
Who knows what will wake Sheen up. He is on the path to destruction and it doesn't appear anything or anyone will stop him. One would think he had enough by now but NO...

I feel bad for his family and his children. I feel bad for all that lost their jobs due to Sheen.
Martin was on TV stating he felt Charles needed love and this was a disease to the dislike of many. I only caught a bit of it on another show. (don't know if this was posted)

Get a life Charlie.
Charlie is no different than many out there. He is a has-been and a loser. It's been done before Charlie, you are not unique, there are so many like you.
I feel bad as dying may be your only way out.
Wake up man.

I know! And in California, I bet they can. I especially like the 1/2 man (forgot his name), but he reminds me of my son. In all honesty, I think the show can go on without him and be much better. Imagine the plot line - the dude dies (finally) from all that booze he's been drinking, they have a grand ol' funeral, and the 1.5 men go on to inherit all his 🤬🤬🤬(ets) and have an amazing life without the ol' toothless guy.

I'd watch it :)

Didn't the idiot say he'd pee in the guys mouth and he wouldn't get stoned (something to that effect). He's definitely got wet brain from all the drug and drink.

Personally, I think he's all talk and isn't sober as he says. And I liken him to the drunk homeless man on the corner -- cept he still has a little money left (which I don't suspect will last long at the rate he's spending it).

MOO

Is he trippin? Is it from the drink? The crack? The stuff he's saying is so out there.

No doubt we're seeing one of the reasons poor Denise Richards is afraid of him.

Once you talk about peeing in your bosses mouth and asking fans of your show to march with ya you need to be 302'd IMO.

Not only is he danger to himself half of Hollywood should run for the hills if he shows up.

For sure I can tell ya one thing that I would never, ever steal his Rolex watch.

Being sober isn't as boring as being dead! Which is what will happen to Charlie if he doesn't get his act together. I feel sorry for his parents, brother, and most definitely his kids!

I personally think that was Charlie's excuse for being too lazy to do the work to get clean and stay clean. JMO

He is an addict, nothing more, nothing less, imo. He is only doing what they do, just a lot more publicly than most. When you have his $$, it is a lot easier to get by, until it is all over. Just ask Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, and any other dead addicts. It will get you just the same.

Dr. Drew -- Charlie Sheen Has a Point About AA ...

46 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

Dr. Drew Pinsky -- the world's most famous addictions specialist -- says Charlie Sheen may be manic ... and possibly bi-polar ... but admits the actor made a point when he criticized Alcoholics Anonymous

More and video at the below link:

Dr. Drew should just keep quiet about this, imo. He is not going to get this guy on his show, no matter what. I wonder what his success rate is. AA works for the ones who want it to work. He doesn't need to be negative about this program. For a lot of people, AA is all they have.

Charlie just pushed this too far...his rants on the radio show were less than productive, for he is now out of work...not to mention his self rightousness...it appears like Charlie done lost his mind... I love that show and the entire cast, they each compliment the other. Without one who knows how funny it would continue to be...JMHO

In his rant on right-wing talk "The Alex Jones Show" on Thursday, Sheen let loose on his boss and erstwhile friend, Chuck Lorre.

More on TheWrap: Sheen Tears Into 'Men' Creator, AA and Thomas Jefferson

"It's nothing this side of deplorable that a certain Haim Levine, yeah, that's Chuck's real name, mistook this rock star for his own selfish exit strategy, bro," Sheen said. "Check it, Alex. I embarrassed him in front of his children and the world by healing at a pace that his unevolved mind cannot process."

He continued:

"OK, last I checked, Haim, I've spent, I think, close to the last decade effortlessly and magically converting your tin cans into pure gold, and the gratitude I get is this charlatan chose not to do his job, which is write. Clearly someone who thinks he is above the law. Well, you've been warned, dude. Bring it."

Sheen said he didn't believe in the Bible, which was full of "talking snakes."

And he advised Sunday churchgoers: "(You're) missing a lot of good sports, people."

There were also some additional, confusing references to ninjas.

Later in the day, Sheen contacted TMZ with more of the same bile. "I violently hate Chaim Levine (Chuck Lorre), the site reported Sheen saying. "He's a stupid, stupid little man and a p**sy punk that I'd never want to be like." Sheen added, "That's me being polite."

Sheen had taunted Lorre, CBS and Warner Brothers before, saying that he was ready to go back to work even though he was meant to be taking time off to "recover" from several weekend binges with prostitutes and drugs, one of which landed him in the hospital.

He definitely sounds manic, or high on cocaine. But regardless, Denise needs to take this evidence and get full custody of the children, if she has the slightest bit of common sense!
