That is classic about his birth name. His brother chose to use his birth name professionally as opposed to Chuck and his Pop's. I recall my mom saying they have a beautiful mother. Pretty sure they both have the same birth mom.

Man, I feel for the dad and the brother. It's immensely difficult watching your child grown or otherwise slowly kill themselves.

The report says Gibson then launched into a barrage of anti-Semitic statements: "F*****g Jews... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world." Gibson then asked the deputy, "Are you a Jew?"

Just about as anti-semetic as you can get. Then again, see where it's landed him.

I've never been able to stand this guy, at least not for a very long time. It's also always bothered me that he was given so many breaks while other stars were never given a genuine second chance after having similar - but sometimes even less severe - problems. For instance, it bothered me so much that Corey Haim (a childhood/teen fave of mine) died the way he did and after not being given as many opportunities as someone like Charlie Sheen.

Those 2 boys are even worse off then the girls. Their mother is a piece of work, too. The best thing for those boys would be placement with a stable relative.

Oh Brooke --- don't get me started on that egg donor. She's been in and out of rehab so many times, I'm suprised if she still knows her boys names?

I heard she went to the Bahamas with Charlie's 2 goddesses, but left. Why would she consider doing such a thing. Oh - it was Charlie that said on the radio interview that Brooke was there, and now she's gone. Then he added "look who's the winner, blah blah blah".

IMHO - he's in a severe bi-polar manic episode, and the last thing he needs to do is appear on national television. Instead he needs a good ol' dose of Lithium.

I think the 2 girls have a somewhat stable life with Denise (she's not a known drug users, just has a horrible taste in men). But I especially love grandpa who lives with them. At least he gives the girls some stability!

I agree 100%. After hearing his latest rants, it's evident to me that he is going through a manic episode. I would be willing to bet that the man is bipolar and has been self-medicating all of these years with booze and drugs.

The media keeps focusing on what he said about Chuck Lorre, but to me the most telling thing he said, the thing that demonstrates his character the most, is what he said about the women he parties with:

I don't care if he's got a drug problem or a mental illness or whatever, I have no sympathy for him. (Other than the recent meltdown, I wasn't even aware of his existence besides his being in "Platoon.")

Have to disagree. He is a egomaniac and a drug and sex addict. IMO, there is no mental illness connected to this breakdown. Simply, he has bought into his own press and had been allowed to get away with his pathetic weaknesses all along.

I am watching GMA this morning and he is apparently being interviewed at some point. The teaser claims the interview will review just how much crack ole Charlie would go through in one "normal" binge.

Trying to decide if I care enough to watch the interview. I really did used to enjoy Charlie's work (onscreen) but watching him disintergrate into a subhuman, misogynist, piece of garbage feels like watching a fatal carwreck. Feels ooogy but you can't seem to look away IYKWIM.

On Today Carlos stated that he is tired of pretending he is not 'special'.

Carlos reminds me of my ex with this spew coming out of his pie hole trying to imitidate others into submission. It is a mindset of 'You WILL see things MY way'! and if you don't I will beat you down with words or whatever tactics I deem necessary because I am special!

He trash talked DR during their divorce while she was grieving her Mom's death from cancer.

Now he's spewing trash about the show's toxic environment and the cast and crew are out of work due to his childishness. what a guy!

I just watched the Today Show interview. When was the last time this guy ate or slept? He looks horrible! He looks he 25 years older than he is.

I had to laught at all the stars he said have been stopping by to offer support. I thought duh Charlie. They are all trying to get you to go to rehab!

I watched about half, couldn't take any more, he is really delusional. Done with this.

IMO He's obviously mentally ill. My guess, he's bi-polar. I found nothing amusing watching him rant his delusions in a public arena. Money is his worst enemy at this point. He needs a diagnoses and the right balance of medications to treat his mental illness. I doubt he will ever recognize that.....shame really.


I hope he has a will, and leaves his $$$ to his children.

I just watched the interview for the second time. I caught alot more than just with one viewing.

CS says he has Adonis DNA!

It would be funny if it weren't so sad. No way CS is clean, I don't care what his personal blood tests say! Watch his mannerisms. He deflects questions like "When was the last time you used?" His response, "It doesn't matter".

Personally, I think he is blasting AA because he doesn't like anyone to try and make him take ownership of his actions. I've seen this first hand. It is a sad feeling to watch someone he77 bent on destroying themselves.
