The middle of a press storm, court battles, and mothering twin toddler boys is a lot to ask of anyone let alone someone that is "sober" for a week.

I don't believe either one of them is sober, and there has to be someone else in that family that can take the boys and get them out of the middle of this cluster f*ck. Then mom can really prove she is sober and hopefully Charlie will cycle down off his manic stage. Neither of them are in any position to be caring for those boys in my opinion.

Exactly! The world is full of guys who are on drugs, out of a job, and hanging with easy-to-get/easy-to-forget women. Most of these guys are under the impression that they are special -- "I just can't live in your button-down world!" Even the violence he reportedly brings to his relationships is nothing out-of-the-ordinary. We see it here all the time.
Basically, he's a Trailer Park Boy.

Thank you. I completely agree!! This is just a horrible environment for these two little babies with either of these parents. I can't believe no one else from the family has stepped in to takes these little kids out of the complete insanity that they are living in. JMO.

Nope neither are the "perfect" parent but I'd prefer they be with mom right now rather then Charlie. WE here at WS have no control over who they are with, the court does.. and I am glad the court was wise enough to take them away from their out of control, running toward death father. I am a recovering drug addict, I have been 1 week clean before (I am into years now.. I know one week can turn into more than 1 week!) so I'm sorry I'm just not gonna knock this woman! Do I wish these kids had other options? He!! yeah but they don't. So I'm sending positive vibes to both of these parents, for their own sake and the sake of their children.

LOL..Of course he made a deal..however in my opinion..it is with the devil..He wants only for himself and his fantasy world.since he is the king and odonis of this world..oh yeah..forgot his has Tiger blood coursig thru his veins...Best thang that ever happened for this little guys..stay away from Daddy Dearest right now..HE is a loose cannon...no gripe of reality right now...I am so thankful they have no idea what the heck is going on..Thankful for small mercy's.. Better with Momma right now!!!!!! maybe forever JMOO of course

MOO, better that mom and dad get some serious treatment with neither having custody til then. I am thinking an extended visit with grandparents might be in order.

Her Mom was probably tired of her crap and was dishing out some tough love. I have seen reports that her Mom has flown to L.A. to help out. I hope that's true.

I don't know if the current "goddesses" are a step ahead of her, but it wasn't so long ago when SHE was one of them. As long as he has $$$, women like that will flock to him. When he's done with the two he has now, there will be two more ready and willing to step in.

I'm all for Brooke's rehab and recovery. But I agree that two 2-year-olds and all this other drama aren't going to help her get to the finish line. And as long as she can't get there, she shouldn't be the primary caregiver of anyone other than herself.

I hope Denise Richards takes them in for awhile. They could be with their big sisters and not feel too displaced. And she has experience dealing with these sensirtive issues brought forth by them having a crazy famous dad. imo

It's things like this that make me think CS is subconsciously suicidal. Well, the whole week has tbh. He really needs to go to a doctor for his health, but once that is stabilized he needs to find a psychologist to get to some really deeply repressed issues.
