Bakersfield Condors’ ‘Charlie Sheen Night’

The Bakersfield Condors, an ECHL team, will hold Charlie Sheen Night on Saturday, March 12, which will include a multitude of Sheen-inspired goodies. Not only will free admission be given to anyone who brings a clean drug test, but there will be Tiger Blood Icees and Charlie Sheen masks-on-a-stick for the kids.

The Condors have invited Sheen to participate in the puck drop, but no response so far.

Other features of the night:

  • Wear a fedora, or dress like any Charlie Sheen movie character and receive admission for two and a half bucks ($2.50).
  • Twitter signup world record attempt.
  • Charlie’s dubbed “Goddesses” (Natalie Kenly and Rachel Oberlin) have been named as honorary captains for the game.
  • A rock band from Mars will play in front of the arena on the plaza before the game.
  • Before this game, the Condors aren’t going to practice, attempting to channel Sheen’s no-rehearsal-required spirit. After all, to quote the great Allen Iverson, “We’re talkin’ about practice?!”

Charlie is either extremely mentally disturbed or out of his mind on drugs and will kill himself. It disturbs me that we are watching this man slowly kll himself and nothing can be done to intervene. He needs some serious professional intervention. IMO every single time he has done one of his rants on TV or radio he has been high. My guess is coke or crack. Not meth as he doesn't have the classical signs of meth use. Like bad skin and the picking of sores on the face and arms and elsewhere, due to being so freaked out on speed. Precise shaving of the face on men who are using drugs is a classic sign too. My first husband was a junkie and I always knew he was using speed in some form or another because his mustache was trimmed to perfection, and facial hair was always shaved immaculately from his hours in the bathroom so drugged out...
Those were bad times, and Charlie exhibits so many signs of drug use so familiar to me.
Delusional thinking. "I don't have a problem". etc.

Its bad enough when people like Heath Ledger and Kobain and many others are found dead...even worse that we can sit around and watch this man kill himself. Ugh.

^^^ Totally agree abbienormal. He is slowly killing himself. 2 new tatoos too, not good ones, wrist and stomach, and all of the other whirlwind and clear signs. Seen too many, checked in too many. CS may not make it to check in, and may not plan to.

She's not a family member, she can't just come in and take these kids into her care because she has her own kids by the same guy. The courts decide who children go to, child welfare decides who children go to. Ideally, ITA, in a perfect world probably neither of these people should have these kids in their care.. but clearly the court has already decided they belong with their mother. If the court thought the mother was unfit they would then decide who to place the children with.. or if her parents feel she is unfit they can go to court and try to get the kids but nobody has done any of that. So I don't think the kids are going to be placed anywhere besides with their mother.

Charlie Sheen's face is plastered on the front of some magazine. Under it is a heading real big like "If I'm insane that's O.K.......It's not an act". That's not word for word, but we get the gist. Not sure if he really said it.

However, the kid was ringing me up and they kept calling him from the back. Kid looked like he was about to explode. I hold the magazine up and go "Here ya go. Just tell them you're insane and that's O.K."

The kid quips "Miss I would if I had Charlie Sheen money, but I need this job".

Hey, I am going to use that phrase next person gets on my nerves.

That would be ironic since their mother was hel* bent on making sure her lunatic husband got to keep his girls when he wanted to. That was pre the twins. Now she's in the same position.

You gotta wonder what this guy has besides loot that these women all start out WINNING with him?

Bottom line. If that chick up in New York really stole his watch she is more out of her mind than anyone. I so would not mess with this man.

I just watched the Dateline special- they called the last week of his life "The Charlie Sheen show".

If he thinks he's doing himself any favors with this grandstanding and showing clean drug tests he's loopy. I would hate to be his publicist right now. I'd probably quit.

Well folks, according to Sheen's latest twat (tweet): Rachel Oberlin is GONE! now he only has the one godess now. Gee, I wonder what happened? Did he beat the carp out of her? Can't wait to hear her story!

Kenly (the 1 still left) is a former model for Cali Chronic X magazine and was recently honored as "Chronic Girl 2010."
