Moens whereabouts remain unknown.

Thirty years later, it's still a mystery what happened to her. But not for her mother. She's certain her daughter is dead. And she says she knows who killed her.

What could have happened between approximately 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm? I speculate something happened that was well-planned. I don't think she was a victim of a crime of opportunity.

I hope her daughter is doing well. She'd be an adult now.
