Thanks, DK. I know I should do this - I really really do. I also suffer from extreme depression and anxiety, and I dread even going outside. What's a 10 minute walk around the block you say - not an easy one.

But with messages like this, I HAVE to make more of an effort.

I suffer from the same things you do, including the diabetes. You do things in baby steps. Walk down the sidewalk daily at first, then walk down 2 sidewalks, then 3, then eventually you walk around the block when you are comfortable.

I started out driving 2 miles, eventually I kept adding miles. Now I can do pretty far, although not as far as I might like, but it's leaps and bounds beyond where I started.
