In 1977 my grandmother was murdered in Los Angeles & found by 3 of her 4 children when they came home from school, one of which was my father whom was only 6 years old. After searching for information for years, we finally found out that a man that had been arrested & charged with her murder has been serving in a Canadian Prison for another murder & is wanted all over the westcoast for other murders. This man was released from prison and is now a free man in California while Clallam county tries to appeal their ability to put him on trial for the murder of a woman in Port Angeles, WA.
