I to have been waiting to hear what all Tracy had to say. Didn't at one point LE go out to Cali to speak to her? I know they were there to speak to Mark, but around the same time Tracy got an attorney and asked for immunity if I recall correctly? I also recall the main reason for Padilla to bond Casey out was so that she could help them search for Caylee which she did not and I think that is very valuable to the prosecution, that even after someone put up the $500,000 bond for her and offered their services to help locate the so called nanny Casey did "NOTHING" and this will hurt her I am sure.

MADJGNLAW. I believe you are correct on all counts :)

Tracy told me KC put a sticker on her(Tracy's) knee also one on her computer(which is still there).

What's the purpose or meaning of this sticker?

Will this act of placing the sticker on Tracy and the computer lead to or connect to the sticker found near the remains? or the residue of a sticker on the duct tape?

Waaaaahhhh I want to know more :)

I wonder if LE has done any testing (DNA, fingerprint) on the heart sticker that Tracy said KC put on her computer (to compare to the heart sticker/residue found at the remains site)?
We know from some of the discovery photos that KC was a big fan of heart stickers.

I am trying to remember when that went down; wasn't it shortly after the indictment for murder in October? I thought it was the FBI that went out to take her statement and she asked for immunity. We have heard several stories from LP that Tracy saw and heard all kinds of things in that house.

I just hope Morgan & Co get a go at them as well now, because at least we'll get the depo transcript quickly and they will ask a BUNCH of nice "irrelevant" questions that the pros won't go near.

IIRC in September one of the lead investigators and an FBI agent flew to California to speak with Team Padilla and the marine guy.

<snipped>
Mac and cheese, brownies. Haha. The same kind of evidence was presented against Scott Peterson at trial. Some kind of pasta dinner he made on x-mas for the neighbor and his parents. Giddy attitude, etc.

So true! He made lasagna for dinner for his parents and in-laws (IIRC) and invited the neighbor. When she said she was vegetarian, he offered to make her something different that she could eat. She was baffled and said she couldn't understand how he could even concentrate on eating, much less cooking, when his wife and unborn son were missing. Yet, he was being the perfect host - even supplied the appropriate wine for the meal.

True definition of a sociopath - inappropriate attitude and emotions in certain situations. Scary stuff!

Did mermaid55 say the sticker was a heart? Maybe I missed one of the posts.

That's a very child-like, juvenile thing to do, isn't it? That, combined with Cindy holding Casey in her lap like a baby is a little odd to me. JMHO.

Tracy McLaughlin was living with Casey Anthony and her family after Padilla bonded her out of jail. McLaughlin told investigators that Casey criticized people who were searching for Caylee saying, "They haven't even found the clothes she was wearing."

Family Mourns Caylee Anthony at Memorial Service
Aired February 10, 2009 - 20:00:00 ET
(quoted from article)
GRACE: When you were with her for those many days did she show such emotion regarding Caylee?

PADILLA: Never once. Not one time. Not in 10 days did she ever show emotion showing Caylee. Very seldom mentioned the name. I don`t remember her mentioning it to me and I`ve asked Tracy a dozen times, did she ever mention the name? And the only time that she says she remembers something was one day when they were looking at an album and somebody said something about -- either Cindy or Tracy -- about, oh, she looks so cute. And she says, well, what about me, look at me, I look cute, too.

I wonder why the above quote from Tracy's interview was the only one we have ever heard about? I hope that isn't the most signifcant statement she made in that interview.

Gonna be a slow week waiting on these tapes to be released....

You know Tracy?

No.In the memorial photos I spotted Lee wearing a cremation braclet.A few days later LP was on NG.They were trying to figure out what happened to Caylee's remains.I called LP to give him the heads up.After we finished talking he put Tracy on the phone and I asked her a couple of questions.I ask her about stickers and Caylee's mama doll. She didn't say the stickers were hearts.

Odd, yes! But child-like behavior is pretty typical of those with personality disorders. They don't mature emotionally.

This will explain it better than I can

Cindy worked so hard to cover for Casey's odd behavior thru the years and I'm guessing she was successful because they never spent an extended period of time with anyone outside their immediate family. But, she couldn't keep it hidden from those that spent days with them in their home while the search was on for Caylee. There's no reasonable explanation they'll be able to come up with to explain away why Casey never or hardly mentioned Caylee's name, and was only centered on herself.

If Casey does have to take the stand, they're sunk (quicker than they would have been otherwise). I can't imagine that she would be capable of convincing anyone that her priority was Caylee. Like with Scott Peterson, it will be all about her. JMHO.

Why would Tracy need immunity?

Why would Tracy need immunity?

My long held suspicion on this is that Leonard has told all of us a little white lie, and that he always had Tracey wired while she was in the house with KC. Which would be an illegal wiretap and an illegal act. So many of Leonards stories of KC seem to bounce between first person accounts and heresay third person ones day to day that I have kind of suspected that he was simply listening in on KC's conversations with his various team members. Now granted this would make sense from a safety standpoint. What was the point of having the rest of the team outside in an RV if there was no immediate way to know of trouble. Which means either a panic button or a wire. Without one of those there was really no point to the RV at all. They could have simply stayed in a hotel and rotated in in shifts.

I could be wrong on this. Hopefully I am because if it was true and it did ever come out it could taint any testimony from LP.

I was just about to post asking if we had ever determined a logical reason why Tracy would need immunity before speaking to LE, but I think you just hit it on the head....wiretapping! BRILLIANT!!!:clap:
