I did end up listening, Tricia's post was convincing.
One of the new things I got out of the interview ... The video game Hailey was playing that night takes pictures of you while you are playing. Billie says someone in LE told her Hailey was wearing those red earrings in those photo's. The same earring that was found at Clint's house (I believe only one was found, the mate was missing).

Did we know this previously? Maybe I missed that part?

I found it interesting that NOW...DD came in and said something to her Monday night about he not liking Hailey being at MGB's because of her boyfriend...did I hear that right?

I thogght he wasn't home that night!! grr back to the notes......

My cell phone was going off during that part. Can you recap what DD said to her verbatim?

Deer in the headlights controversy was also clarified, but details changed there too. It is now 5, not 4 and he is in the bedroom now, not the bathroom as was said before.

I am going to go back and listen to the entire interview again, but here is "new" info I got on this case....

1) Billie was told by David he did not like Hailey hanging out at MB's because her boyfriend sayed there a lot and he did not like it.

2) Time David saw Shawn and broke into house changed from 4 TO 5.

3) Shawn was in the bedroom watching TV, not in the hall. Shawn was startled to see David. He had not heard anyone knocking at the door, nor had he heard David "break the window" and come into the house.

4) Pictures of Hailey wearing BOTH red hoop earrings were taken on the XBox while she was playing on it the night before she went missing. (Supposedly she had worn these to Clint's the day before she went missing and took one off and gave it to Naomi. That is why one was at Clint's and the other one not found). This means there is an indiscrepency with Naomi's story about why she had one earring. If she had BOTH on the night she was playing Xbox...she supposedly never went back to Clint's house again. So how did the earring get to Clint's house?

5) There are LOTS of RSO's in Colorado City that have not been looked into according to Billie.

6) Billie has not spoken to LE in a Loooong time. (She doesn't specify what a looong time is, but later in the interview she spoke to the FBI 2, 3 or 4 weeks ago. (I need to listen to that again.)

7) Billie is still with Shawn because he has stood by her, loved and cared for her and he would never hurt Hailey or her in that way. (Isn't that what Josh Powell told everyone right before he murdered his 2 precious boys and then killed himself?)

8) Billie will NEVER believe any evidence she is shown that incriminates Shawn.

and last but certainly not least:

9) Everyone is lying except Billie and Shawn.

I will listen again when I have more time. I would really love to believe Billie's story because I truly believe most Mother's would never harm their child, but unfortunately that is not true. I want to think outside the box on this and find Hailey....... All this is JMO!!!

at 24:22 DD came in bedroom around 9 - 10:00 ..."Mom. I don't like Hailey over at MB's, her boyfriends always there."

Billie said good to know, Hailey wouldn't be going over there any more... a little bit upset Hailey didn't clear this with her, just Shawn

I must admit that I had my reservations. Without sounding hokey or like a suckup, I really do admire what Tricia does and what Kimster and the others do with the Talk Show. I knew I would not be able to listen because we had a small Grammy watching get together. I am going to bed shortly and I am taking you guys with me. ( lucky you). I want to listen and then go back and read other's observations.

I found it frustrating at the 45-50 minute mark that the question about the affidavit and Shawn's job situation and phone pings, Carrie brought up the fact the affidavits were made public instead of using the FBI ... the public knowing after the fact does not influence the accuracy of reports from the questioned or the LE ... it's not relevant. Shawn's behaviour that day was odd. He lied to Billie if not the police about his job. He lied about his journey. It cannot be explained away and Billie's hesitancy is obvious to me. I think it was too bad the conversation was derailed from this essential aspect of Hailey's case.

He may have drove through CCity - but the pings suggest he was there for half an hour, it's a small town. And then where was he between 7am and 9:30?

The only thing I got from it all was Billie said:

"I know NOTHING happened to Haley in my house"

And, IIRC she said it twice. So, there ya go. Whatever happened to Haley - it didn't happen in the house. Take it for what it's worth - but I do believe that was one of the only TRUE and honest statements Billie made tonight.

Clint, his gf, nor Connie was made to take a poly. I say Connie too, because she was in the vicinity at the time Hailey supposedly disappeared. Put up or shut up....IMO, JMO, etc.

How many questions on the lists from posters were asked? Did she talk about child porn that was found? (However, has it ever actually been firmly established by LE that child porn was found in the house, if so, whose was it and if they can narrow it down, why no arrest?)

If I had a suspect in my daughter's disappearance I'd make it my business to know everything about him.

The police have said that all sex offenders were cleared. I THINK that was in the same interview where they said she disconnected the phone they gave her and didnt give her her address when she moved.

How many questions on the lists from posters were asked? Did she talk about child porn that was found? (However, has it ever actually been firmly established by LE that child porn was found in the house, if so, whose was it and if they can narrow it down, why no arrest?)

According to Billie, no child porn was found. If there was child porn, someone would get arrested. She added (paraphrasing) if there was child porn and nobody got arrested it would be very disturbing. Child porn is a serious crime. She goes on to say that the computer was not Shawn's. Everyone in the house could use it. His mother, brother, etc etc.

You didn't ask about the alleged deleted calls but I'll add that she said LE asked Shawn to show them his cellphone. The only thing they saw were calls to Billie. A few minutes later they asked Shawn to show the cellphone again and for some reason the calls didn't show up. They don't know why. This is from what I recall. If I'm wrong someone please correct me.
